About Us

GBAC established in 1962, has provided 47 years of professional emergency medical service to the Greater Baldwinsville Community. GBAC provides Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advance Life Support (ALS) pre-hospital care. EMS coverage is complimented with paid full-time, part-time and volunteer NYS certified Providers. We currently have 35 Volunteers, 9 full-time employees and 10 part-time employees. These Drivers, EMTs, Medics, Paramedics and Helpers cover the district 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year.

GBAC has a fleet of four New York State Certified Ambulances and a Squad Car. GBAC provides continuing medical education to its members, as well as First-aid and CPR classes to the public. This non-profit organization is dedicated to providing community oriented medical resource services and the clinical treatment and expedient transportation of those who are sick and injured. Without regard to social or economic status. This corporation will always respond to the requirements of its customers in its state granted territories and mutual aid service areas.

GBAC will maintain a progressive operation by applying state of the art equipment, the latest clinical protocols and staffing with highly trained and experienced medical providers. It will strive for total customer satisfaction through a proactive, continuous improvement environment in all its business processes ensuring the highest quality health services at the lowest possible cost.
